The living room

The table and 6 chairs,

In the kitchen

A set of electrical appliances :
A four-ring hob with cooker hood,
a multifunctional oven, a coffee-maker, a kettle, a toaster,
a dishwasher for 12 place settings and a washing machine, a kitchen unit equipped with two refrigerators.

The sink, which is supplied with softened hot and cold water for washing, also has an additional tap which provides mains water for cooking and drinking.

A breakfast table and four chairs.

A set of crockery and kitchen equipment.

The bedrooms

The two bedrooms are furnished.
One of them contains a double bed (160x200), two bedside tables with lamps,
a wardrobe, a chair and a valet.
The other one contains two single beds (90x190), a centrally situated bedside table with lamp,
a wardrobe and a chair.
An extra folding bed is available.

In addition to the "Flexilattes" wooden slatted bed bases and the high comfort "Climatex" mattresses,
the bedding consists of a mattress protector, hypoallergenic pillows with cases and a “polar” blanket.
(bedsheets are not provided and can be hired in town) .

The shower room

Sink, shower and toilet.

Heating and air-conditioning

For the winter and mid-season, the apartment has a central heating system, with a thermostat-controlled radiator in each room.
For the summer it is equipped with centralised air-conditioning that cools the apartment healthily, by creating a natural circulation of air. In all seasons, a centralised ventilation system ensures that the apartment is well-aired

Safety

The building is equipped with security alarms throughout.
